Senior Sales/Support For Cymraeg Wales Hosting

Your job will be to provide support to customers and answer technical sales questions to potential customers. You will be required to work at least one weekend once a month on an 8 hour shift pattern. Also build servers and setup servers on our cloud when need be. You will also be required to travel to various Datacentres across the UK if and need be. You will also be required to work with apprentices to help teach them and support them in there training.

This exciting position will be located at our main office in Abercynon, Wales and will be working with the Cymraeg Wales Hosting division of the company while at the same time occasionally working and supporting Aloha's Corporate customers.

Any potential applicant must meet the minimum requirements: be fully familar with Linux (Centos, Ubuntu, Fedora, MySQL, PHP, Apache, DNS, SSH, Firewalls ) and networking tolpologies. Must also have some form of experience with customer service role and be familiar in setting up networks.
GCSE (O Level) - English, Grade A - C
GCSE (O Level) - Maths, Grade A - C
A Level's or other form of higher education

Sales Executive/Account Managers

A sales executive is required for our Corporate and Wholesale Dept. Your main roles will be:

- Targeting and approaching new clients
- Working with customers to tailor make solutions
- Presenting a good image of the company
- Be a first port of call for support

The ideal candidate will be technical minded and also speak another language to a good level to conduct business in: Pref either Spanish (Latin American) or Chinese.

Your responsibly may require you at short notice to travel abroad.

Commission based scheme as well as regular pay. Average contract you will be targeting will be worth £300,000-£750,000 per annum.

SUN Server Administrator

We require several full time Linux Server Administrator familiar with Sun System and the Solaris Operating System. You will be required to work 40 hour week and will need to be flexible. From time to time you will also be required to travel at short notice to Miami and possible Lima, Peru or other locations where we have a NOC. You may also be required to travel to customer locations within a short period of a fault being diagnosed.

We have several posts open and require staff to work at different times of the day/night.

An average applicant should have the following qualifications:

- 5 A-C GCSEs/OLevels
- 2 A-C ALevels
- Masters in a Computer Related Degree
- Certificates or proof of experience with Solaris.
